Installation

Step 1: Obtain the plugin ZIP file from the official source or purchase link provided by Wordprise.

Step 2: Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin panel and upload the ZIP file.

Step 3: Click Install Now and activate the plugin. Look for "License Verification" in your admin sidebar.

Entries

The "Entries" page allows you to add, edit, and delete license records seamlessly.

Features

  • Add Entry: Input data such as Name, License Number, etc.
  • Edit Entry: Modify existing records (Premium only).
  • Delete Entry: Remove single or multiple entries.
  • Entry Limit: Free version caps at 10 entries; Premium offers unlimited.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to License Verification > Entries.

Step 2: To add, fill in fields (e.g., Name, City, License Number) and click "Add Entry".

Step 3: To edit (Premium), click the pencil icon, update fields, and click "Update Entry".

Editing requires a premium license.

Step 4: To delete, click the delete icon or select multiple entries and click "Delete Selected".

Form Builder (Premium)

The "Form Builder" empowers you to tailor the fields for entries and frontend verification.

Features

  • Form Name: Assign a custom name to the verification form.
  • Customize Fields: Add, edit, or remove fields like Text, Number, or File Upload.
  • Retrieval Field: Select the field used for verification (e.g., License Number).

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to License Verification > Form Builder.

Step 2: Set a "Form Name" (e.g., "Driving License Check") and click "Save Form Name".

Step 3: In "Customize Form Fields", click "Add New Field", define the label (e.g., "Email"), type (e.g., "Email"), and mark "Required" if needed. Click "Save Form".

Custom fields are exclusive to premium users; free version uses defaults.

Step 4: In "Retrieval Setting", choose the verification field (e.g., "License Number") and click "Save Setting".

Free version locks this to "License Number".

Settings

The "Settings" page provides comprehensive configuration options for the plugin.

General Settings

  • Verification System: Toggle frontend verification on or off.
  • Show City Eligibility: Enable city checks before verification (Premium).
  • Success Message: Customize the success message displayed on the frontend.

Step 1: Set "Verification System" to "Active" or "Inactive".

Step 2: (Premium) Enable "Show City Eligibility" for city checks.

Step 3: Input a "Frontend Success Message" (e.g., "Valid License!") and click "Save General Settings".

City Management (Premium)

  • Add City: Include cities with eligibility status.
  • Manage Cities: Edit or delete city records.

Step 1: Add a "City Name" (e.g., "New York"), select "Eligible" or "Not Eligible", and click "Add City".

Step 2: To remove, click the delete icon or select multiple cities and click "Remove Selected".

Template Management (Premium)

  • Choose Template: Pick a frontend display template (Template 1 or 2).

Step 1: Select "Template 1" (image above table) or "Template 2" (image beside table) and click "Save Template".

Backup Management (Premium)

  • Create Backup: Save all current entries.
  • Backup List: View and download backups.
  • Upload Backup: Restore entries from a backup file.

Step 1: Click "Create Backup" to store entries.

Step 2: In "Backup List", click the download icon to retrieve a backup file.

Step 3: Upload a .json backup file and click "Upload Backup" to restore.

License

Manage your plugin license to access premium features.

Features

  • Activate License: Enter a key to unlock premium capabilities.
  • Deactivate License: Remove the key from the current site.
  • Status: Check license status and expiry date.
